Pop-up street art museum · Athens, Psyrri · Summer 2024

Context
An abandoned building in central Athens. No infrastructure, no audience, no brand. A four-month window to turn it into a cultural destination, on a fixed production budget.
Challenge
Make a pop-up museum that locals respected and tourists discovered — without falling into the Instagram-trap aesthetic that empties the brand by week three.
What we did
Founded ARTHINA end-to-end and ran it as the operating company. Curated 14 artists, ran the build, programmed events, handled all marketing and on-site ops. Press cycle managed in-house. Closed clean, on time.

Marketing direction and signature event programming for the museum's reopening period. Produced the flagship Wine & Art workshop series — a destination programming format that drove regional press attention and rebuilt the museum's audience pipeline. Engagement ran in parallel with M.T. Abraham Group strategic advisory.

Context
Three hotel groups operating in parallel across Athens and the islands, each needing differentiated seasonal programming and a content engine that fed both bookings and brand.
Challenge
Programming that fills the calendar without cannibalizing the brand. Logistics that hold up at peak season — sound, talent, suppliers, staff — across multiple properties simultaneously.
What we did
Direct content creation and large-scale event production. Pool-deck activations, rooftop programming, talent booking, supplier negotiation, on-the-day execution. Two-plus years of active partnership.

Israel's first fan-owned professional sports club · 2007 — 2015

What this changed

Before this club, Israel had no fan-owned professional sports model. We didn't just build a team — we built the governance template the country didn't have. The club today operates in the Premier League. The model has since influenced fan-organization efforts across Israeli football and basketball.

Context
Israel had no fan-owned professional sports model before this. The country's basketball culture was structured around private ownership; fan voice ended at the gate.
Challenge
Build a club from zero with a governance model that hadn't been tried locally. Compete on the table while standing up the off-pitch organization, youth academy, and merchandise operation in parallel.
What we did
Founded the Hapoel Ussishkin Association. Led the club bottom-up through every division. Spearheaded vision for the 3,500-seat Shlomo Group Arena with the Tel Aviv Municipality. Established a youth academy and a basketball program for children of foreign workers. Engagement: 8 years at founder & board level.
