Revolutionized the Israeli sports model by founding the Hapoel Ussishkin Association — the country's first fan-owned professional sports club. Led the club from the lowest division to the Israeli Premier League. Spearheaded the vision and planning of the Shlomo Group Arena (3,500 seats) with the Tel Aviv Municipality. Established a youth academy and a basketball program for children of foreign workers.
